Benefits
COACT offers a comprehensive benefit package designed to provide employees and their families with a broad range of employer and employee paid benefit options.
Medical Insurance
The Company provides employees with access to health insurance benefits through United Healthcare. All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll. Employees are eligible for Health Insurance on the first day of the month following their hire date. Employer pays a percentage of the employee’s premiums as well as a percentage of covered dependents premiums.
Dental Insurance
The Company offers employees the option to enroll in the United Healthcare Dental Plan. All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll and employees are eligible for Dental Insurance on the first day of the month following their hire date. Employer pays a percentage of the employee’s premiums.
Vision Insurance
The Company offers employees the option to enroll in the Ameritas/VSP Vision Plan. All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll and employees are eligible for Vision Insurance on the first day of the month following their hire date.
Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance
These benefits are provided by the UNUM Life Insurance Company of America. All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for these benefits on their first day of employment. Also provided through UNUM are the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Worldwide Emergency Travel Assistance and Life Planning Financial and Legal Resources. The Company pays 100% of the premium for these benefits.
Supplemental Insurance
A Supplemental Health Package is offered through the company and is administered by Guardian Benefits. This insurance is voluntary, and contributions are 100% employee funded and will be deducted from each paycheck, after-tax, throughout the Plan Year.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
A voluntary FSA is offered through the company and is administered by TASC. Employees can choose to enroll in a FlexSystem Healthcare FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA, and determine the dollar amount they want to contribute to each account based on their estimated expenses for the upcoming Plan Year. Contributions are 100% employee funded and will be deducted in equal amounts from each paycheck, pre-tax, throughout the Plan Year.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
The Company’s 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan is administered by Fidelity Investments. There is a Safe Harbor employer match on a percentage of the employee contributions made to their 401k. Plus a possibility of an additional discretionary employer matching contribution each year. All employees age 21 or older are eligible to join on their first day of employment.
Earned Leave Time
Full-time employees are eligible for this benefit. The company treats all time off (vacation, personal and sick time) as Earned Leave Time (ELT). Employees start with three weeks (15 days) of ELT and will earn leave time from the first day of employment which will accrue per bi-weekly payroll period. Total ELT also follows an accrual schedule that increases as service time with the company increases.
Holidays
Full-time employees are eligible for this benefit. The company observes ten paid holidays per year.
Direct Deposit
All payroll and expense reimbursements are made via direct deposit through the company payroll processing company.
Education Reimbursement
The company will reimburse employees a minimum of $2,000.00 per calendar year for college courses, certifications and classes taken and passed with approval.
