Benefits

    COACT offers a comprehensive benefit package designed to provide employees and their families with a broad range of employer and employee paid benefit options.

    Health Care Insurance

    The Company provides employees with access to health insurance benefits through United Healthcare with three different plans to choose from. All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to apply. All employees are eligible for Health Insurance on the first day of the month following their hire date.

    Dental Insurance
    The Company is offering employees the option to enroll in the United Healthcare Dental Plan. All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to apply and employees are eligible for Dental Insurance on the first day of the month following their hire date.

    Vision Insurance
    The Company is offering employees the option to enroll in the Ameritas/VSP Vision Plan. All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to apply and employees are eligible for Vision Insurance on the first day of the month following their hire date.

    Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance

    These benefits are provided by the UNUM Life Insurance Company of America. All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for these benefits on their first day of employment. Also provided through UNUM are the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Worldwide Emergency Travel Assistance and Life Planning Financial and Legal Resources. The Company pays 100% of the premium for these benefits.

    401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

    The Company’s 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan is administered by Fidelity Investments.  There is Safe Harbor employer match on a percentage of the employee contributions made to their 401k. Plus a possibility of an additional discretionary employer matching contribution each year. All full-time employees age 21 or older are eligible to join on their first day of employment.

    Earned Leave Time

    Full-time employees are eligible for this benefit. The company treats both earned vacation and sick time as Earned Leave Time (ELT).  Employees start with three weeks of ELT and will earn leave time from the first day of employment on an accrual schedule that increases as service time with the company increases.

    Holidays

    Full-time employees are eligible for this benefit. COACT observes ten paid holidays per year.

    Direct Deposit

    All payroll and expense reimbursements are made via direct deposit through ADP.

    Education Reimbursement

    The company will reimburse employees a minimum of $2,000.00 per calendar year for college courses, certifications and classes taken and passed with approval.

    Misc.

    The company provides coffee, tea, water, soda and snacks for employees. Every Monday, lunch is provided.  Every Friday, bagels or donuts are provided. There is an “Employee Lounge” that includes a sofa, bar stools, large screen TV, gaming system, putting green and other amenities for the employees to enjoy.
